Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DLEU1, or the Deleted in Lymphocytic Leukemia 1 gene, is a notable long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) located on chromosome 13q14, which has garnered attention due to its potential involvement in various malignancies, particularly in B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The gene is known to play a regulatory role in important biological processes, including cell proliferation, survival, and apoptosis, implicating its function in tumorigenesis and cancer progression. Studies have demonstrated that DLEU1 can influence the expression of adjacent protein-coding genes and is often found to be downregulated in cancers, suggesting its role as a tumor suppressor. The exploration of DLEU1 as a recombinant protein provides a unique opportunity to better understand its molecular mechanisms and interactions within cellular pathways. Research involving the recombinant expression of DLEU1 aims to elucidate its functional roles, to investigate its potential as a therapeutic target, and to contribute to the development of novel diagnostic and prognostic tools in cancer management. Further investigations into DLEU1's interactions with other cellular components may reveal insights into its involvement in cancer pathophysiology, paving the way for future studies that could harness its properties for clinical applications, including targeted therapies and personalized medicine strategies in oncological contexts.
