Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NUAK1, a member of the AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) family, plays a crucial role in cellular energy homeostasis and has been implicated in various physiological and pathological processes, including cell proliferation, migration, and survival. Research has shown that NUAK1 is involved in regulating cytoskeletal dynamics, which is essential for cellular movement and tissue remodeling. Its expression is often upregulated in cancer cells, suggesting a potential role in tumor progression and metastasis. Given this context, the study of NUAK1 recombinant protein offers valuable insights into its functional mechanisms and therapeutic potential. Understanding NUAK1 interactions at the molecular level may lead to the identification of novel targets for cancer treatment and strategies to manipulate its activity for beneficial outcomes in other diseases. Furthermore, the production and characterization of NUAK1 recombinant protein can facilitate high-throughput screening for small molecules or biological agents that modulate its activity, thus advancing drug discovery and development initiatives in oncology and beyond. As such, the exploration of NUAK1 not only expands our comprehension of fundamental cellular processes but also highlights its promise as a biomarker or therapeutic target in cancer therapy.
