Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TBX22 is a member of the T-box family of transcription factors and plays a crucial role in various developmental processes, particularly in the formation of the palatine and maxillary regions during embryogenesis. Mutations in the TBX22 gene have been associated with X-linked cleft palate, a condition that emphasizes its importance in craniofacial development. Research into TBX22 recombinant proteins has gained traction in recent years, focusing on their functional roles and underlying mechanisms in gene regulation and tissue differentiation. Understanding TBX22's interactions with other molecular pathways and its contributions to developmental disorders could provide insights into potential therapeutic strategies. Additionally, the ability to produce TBX22 as a recombinant protein facilitates in vitro studies, allowing researchers to investigate its structure-function relationships, protein interactions, and regulatory effects on gene expression. Such studies may also reveal how TBX22 influences tissue-specific gene networks and its potential implications in regenerative medicine and genetic engineering approaches. Overall, the exploration of TBX22 recombinant proteins is pivotal for advancing our knowledge of craniofacial anomalies and enhancing clinical outcomes for affected individuals.
