Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The ZFYVE9 recombinant protein has garnered attention due to its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. ZFYVE9, also known as zinc finger, FYVE domain-containing protein 9, is involved in critical cellular functions, including autophagy, endocytosis, and signal transduction. Its unique FYVE domain facilitates the binding to phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate, a lipid molecule crucial for membrane dynamics and cellular signaling. Research has suggested that dysregulation of ZFYVE9 may be linked to neurodegenerative disorders and cancers, positioning it as a potential biomarker or therapeutic target. The recombinant version of this protein enables researchers to study its structure-function relationship, elucidate the mechanisms by which it affects cell behavior, and explore its role in disease pathways. Additionally, recombinant production provides a means to generate sufficient quantities of the protein for biochemical assays, structural studies, and potential drug development, thereby advancing our understanding of ZFYVE9's biological significance and its applications in molecular medicine.
