Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EYA4, a member of the EYA (Eyes Absent) family of proteins, plays a crucial role in various developmental processes and cellular functions, particularly in the context of organogenesis and tissue regeneration. Initially identified for its involvement in eye development in Drosophila, EYA4 has since been implicated in multiple biological pathways in humans, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research has shown that EYA4 functions as a transcriptional coactivator, modulating the activity of various target genes through its interactions with other proteins and transcription factors. Dysregulation of EYA4 has been linked to several diseases, including cancers, where it may contribute to tumorigenesis by enhancing cellular proliferation and survival. Given its pivotal roles, EYA4 has emerged as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target in oncology and regenerative medicine. The production of recombinant EYA4 protein enables detailed biochemical and structural studies that can elucidate its function and interactions at the molecular level, fostering advancements in understanding its role in health and disease. Consequently, the exploration of EYA4’s properties and pathways represents a promising area of research, with potential implications for novel treatment strategies in conditions tied to EYA4 dysregulation.
