稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CAPN1, also known as calpain-1, is a calcium-dependent cysteine protease that plays a critical role in various cellular functions including cell motility, apoptosis, and cytoskeletal organization. Aberrant regulation of CAPN1 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and muscular dystrophies. The study of CAPN1 recombinant protein is essential for understanding its structure-function relationships and developing therapeutic strategies targeting its activity. Research has highlighted that CAPN1 is involved in key signaling pathways, influencing processes such as cell migration and matrix remodeling. Furthermore, the availability of CAPN1 recombinant protein allows for detailed biochemical assays, enabling scientists to explore its substrate specificity and regulatory mechanisms. By elucidating CAPN1's role in cellular processes, researchers aim to identify potential biomarkers for disease progression and therapeutic targets. Additionally, the production of CAPN1 as a recombinant protein facilitates high-throughput screening for small molecule inhibitors, which could serve as promising candidates for drug development. This growing body of research underscores the significance of CAPN1 in health and disease, making it a focal point for further investigations in molecular biology and medicine. In summary, the study of CAPN1 recombinant protein offers invaluable insights into its biological functions and opens new avenues for clinical applications, highlighting its importance in both basic and translational research.
