  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

FBXL19 is a member of the F-box family of proteins, which are crucial components of the ubiquitin-proteasome system, a pathway that regulates protein degradation and cellular homeostasis. Research has identified FBXL19 as an important player in various biological processes, including cell cycle regulation, signal transduction, and development. Mutations or dysregulation of FBXL19 have been implicated in several diseases, particularly certain types of cancers and neurodevelopmental disorders. The study of FBXL19, particularly its recombinant protein forms, is essential for elucidating its function in cellular mechanisms and understanding its role in disease pathology. Recombinant FBXL19 can be produced in various expression systems, allowing researchers to investigate its biochemical properties, binding interactions, and functional mechanisms. By studying its structure and activity, scientists aim to uncover the intricacies of FBXL19's role in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway and its potential as a therapeutic target. Furthermore, understanding FBXL19’s interactions with other cellular proteins can provide insights into its contribution to oncogenic processes and developmental anomalies. Thus, the investigation of FBXL19 recombinant proteins not only advances basic biological research but also holds promise for the development of novel therapeutic strategies.
