  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

FBXO10 is a member of the F-box protein family, which plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, a key pathway for protein degradation and cellular regulation. Research has increasingly highlighted the significance of FBXO10 in various biological processes, including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and differentiation. Dysregulation of F-box proteins, including FBXO10, has been implicated in several diseases, notably cancer, where it can influence tumor progression and metastasis. Specifically, studies have shown that FBXO10 may act as a tumor suppressor in certain contexts, as it targets specific oncoproteins for degradation, thereby preventing unchecked cell proliferation. Furthermore, alterations in FBXO10 expression levels have been associated with poor clinical outcomes in various malignancies. Understanding the structural and functional dynamics of FBXO10, particularly through the study of its recombinant protein forms, may provide insights into its mechanistic roles and therapeutic potential. The recombinant version of FBXO10 can facilitate elucidation of its interaction motifs and biochemical properties, paving the way for the development of targeted therapies that exploit its regulatory functions in cancer and other related diseases. Thus, the investigation of FBXO10 and its recombinant protein serves as a promising avenue for both basic research and clinical applications in oncology.
