Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FBXO30, a member of the F-box protein family, plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which regulates protein degradation and various cellular processes. Research on FBXO30 has gained prominence due to its involvement in multiple biological functions, including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and immune responses. Studies have suggested that FBXO30 may act as a tumor suppressor, as alterations in its expression levels have been linked to various cancers, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Additionally, FBXO30 has been implicated in the modulation of the NF-kB signaling pathway, which is essential for inflammatory responses and cell survival. The development of recombinant FBXO30 protein has allowed researchers to investigate its structure-function relationships, interactions with other cellular proteins, and the mechanisms through which it mediates ubiquitination and degradation of target proteins. Understanding the dynamics of FBXO30 will not only deepen our knowledge of its biological roles but also pave the way for novel strategies in cancer therapy and other diseases where dysregulation of the proteasome system is involved. Through advanced techniques such as crystallography and mass spectrometry, researchers continue to elucidate the functional pathways of FBXO30, aiming to define its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic agent in clinical applications.
