稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of VAX2 recombinant protein stems from its crucial role in developmental biology, particularly in eye and neural development. VAX2, a member of the homeobox gene family, encodes a transcription factor that is pivotal for the proper formation of the optic vesicle and the regulation of retinal progenitor cell fate. Dysfunction or mutations in the VAX2 gene have been implicated in congenital disorders such as optic nerve hypoplasia and other visual impairments, underscoring the importance of understanding its biological mechanisms. Researchers are focused on producing VAX2 recombinant proteins to investigate their functional properties, interaction with other molecules, and contribution to developmental pathways. These studies not only enhance our understanding of the genetic regulation of eye development but also offer insights into potential therapeutic approaches for vision-related diseases. By analyzing the recombinant VAX2 protein, scientists hope to elucidate the signaling pathways involved in retinal development and uncover potential targets for intervention in cases of congenital eye abnormalities.
