稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
VANGL2 (Vang-like protein 2) is a vital component of the Wnt signaling pathway, which plays a crucial role in various developmental processes, including embryogenesis, tissue homeostasis, and organogenesis. Research has indicated that VANGL2 is involved in the establishment of cell polarity and the regulation of the planar cell polarity (PCP) pathway, which governs the orientation of cells within a tissue plane. Mutations and dysregulation of VANGL2 have been linked to several congenital disorders, particularly those affecting neural tube development, such as spina bifida. The study of recombinant VANGL2 proteins is essential for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying these developmental processes and for exploring potential therapeutic targets for related diseases. By producing and characterizing recombinant VANGL2 proteins, researchers can investigate their biological functions, interactions with other signaling molecules, and the effects of specific genetic variants. This research not only enhances our understanding of developmental biology but may also have implications for regenerative medicine and the treatment of related pathologies.
