Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RNF55, a member of the RING finger protein family, has garnered attention in recent years for its potential role in various cellular processes, including protein ubiquitination and regulation of signal transduction pathways. Ubiquitination is a critical post-translational modification that influences protein stability, localization, and activity, making RNF55 a key player in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Studies suggest that RNF55 is involved in immune responses and cellular stress management, highlighting its significance in diseases such as cancer and autoimmune disorders. Researchers are increasingly focused on understanding the exact mechanisms by which RNF55 operates at the molecular level, particularly its interactions with other proteins and its impact on gene expression. The recombinant expression of RNF55 in various model systems enables detailed functional analyses, paving the way for potential therapeutic strategies that target its ubiquitin ligase activity. Exploring the structure-function relationship of RNF55 through recombinant proteins can provide insights into its regulatory roles and identify novel approaches for modulating its activity in disease contexts. Thus, the study of RNF55 and its recombinant protein forms represents a promising avenue for further elucidating the complexities of cellular regulation and developing targeted interventions in related pathologies.
