Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of ALOXE3 recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its crucial role in the skin's barrier function and lipid metabolism. ALOXE3, a gene encoding lipoxygenase, is involved in the biosynthesis of specialized lipids, particularly in the epidermis, which are essential for maintaining hydration and protecting against environmental stressors. Dysregulation of ALOXE3 is linked to various skin disorders, including atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and other inflammatory conditions, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Research has focused on the characterization of ALOXE3 at the molecular level, exploring its enzymatic mechanisms and interactions with other cellular components. By producing recombinant ALOXE3 protein, scientists aim to investigate its functionality and role in skin physiology, paving the way for innovative treatments and better management of skin diseases. Understanding the pathogenic mechanisms related to ALOXE3 could also lead to the development of novel biomarkers for skin health, offering insights into personalized medicine approaches in dermatology. Overall, the exploration of ALOXE3 not only enhances our understanding of epidermal biology but also holds promise for advancing therapeutic strategies for skin-related ailments.
