稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The ME20M protein is a recombinant protein that has garnered significant attention in biomedical research due to its potential applications in cancer immunotherapy. Originally identified from a human melanoma cell line, ME20M acts as a tumor-associated antigen, specifically recognized by T cells. This protein's unique structure and expression pattern make it a promising target for vaccine development and immune response modulation. Given that melanoma is known for its aggressive nature and resistance to conventional therapies, researchers are increasingly focused on harnessing the immune system to combat this malignancy. The study of ME20M involves not only understanding its biological functions and interactions within the immune system but also developing methods for its effective delivery and presentation to evoke a robust immune response. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have facilitated the generation of ME20M in large quantities, enabling detailed studies on its immunogenic properties. By characterizing ME20M and understanding how it can be utilized to boost anti-tumor immunity, researchers aim to provide new insights into therapeutic strategies that could enhance patient outcomes in melanoma and possibly other cancer types. The ongoing research surrounding ME20M epitomizes the broader trend in oncology towards immunotherapy, emphasizing the importance of targeted approaches that leverage the body's own defenses against cancer.
