稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The LCN4 (lipocalin 4) protein is a member of the lipocalin family, known for its role in the transport of small hydrophobic molecules and its involvement in various physiological processes, including inflammation and immune response. Research has indicated that LCN4 is highly expressed in certain tissues, particularly in the testes, where it plays a crucial role in spermatogenesis and the maintenance of male fertility. Its expression is also observed in other systems, suggesting potential implications in different biological contexts, such as cancer and metabolic disorders. The interest in LCN4 is further fueled by its potential as a biomarker for certain diseases and its involvement in modulating cellular responses to stress. Despite the advances in understanding LCN4's functions, there is a need for further exploration of its molecular mechanisms and interactions. Recombinant LCN4 protein production presents a valuable tool for these studies, facilitating the investigation of its structure-function relationships and enabling screening for therapeutic targets. The production and characterization of LCN4 in a recombinant system can provide insights into its functional roles and pave the way for potential applications in medicine and biotechnology. Thus, the study of LCN4 recombinant protein not only contributes to the basic understanding of lipocalins but also highlights its relevance in health and disease.
