稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EGR3 (Early Growth Response 3) is a zinc-finger transcription factor that plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including neuronal development, immune response, and cellular differentiation. Its expression is tightly regulated and can be induced by several stimuli, making it a key player in adaptive responses to environmental changes. In the context of neuronal function, EGR3 is important for synaptic plasticity and memory formation, while in the immune system, it is involved in the differentiation of T cells. The study of EGR3 recombinant proteins has gained attention as it allows for a better understanding of its functional mechanisms and potential therapeutic applications. By expressing EGR3 in vitro, researchers can analyze its interactions with other proteins and elucidate its role in gene regulation. Furthermore, the ability to produce EGR3 as a recombinant protein opens avenues for exploring its clinical relevance, particularly in neurodegenerative diseases and immune disorders where EGR3 expression may be disrupted. Overall, the investigation of EGR3 recombinant proteins not only contributes to basic scientific knowledge but also holds promise for the development of targeted therapies that can modulate its activity in various pathological conditions.
