Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FUNDC2 is a member of the FUNDC protein family, which has garnered attention for its role in autophagy regulation and cellular responses to stress. Recent studies have pointed to its involvement in various physiological and pathological processes, including immune response and tumor biology. Research indicates that FUNDC2 may play a critical role in modulating mitochondrial dynamics and cell survival under conditions such as hypoxia and oxidative stress. Given the increasing prevalence of diseases linked to mitochondrial dysfunction and the importance of autophagy in maintaining cellular homeostasis, understanding the mechanisms by which FUNDC2 influences these pathways is paramount. The study of FUNDC2 and its recombinant protein forms could provide insights into its functional significance, potentially unveiling novel therapeutic targets for conditions like cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. By elucidating the biochemical properties of FUNDC2, researchers hope to establish a clearer picture of its regulatory roles and develop strategies to manipulate its activity for therapeutic benefit. Overall, the investigation into FUNDC2's recombinant proteins represents a promising avenue for advancing our understanding of cellular resilience in health and disease.
