  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

FUSIP1 (Fused in Sarcoma Interacting Protein 1) is a protein that has garnered attention due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. As a member of the FUS family, it is involved in various cellular functions, including RNA processing, stress responses, and cell signaling. Its significance is particularly highlighted in the context of neurodegenerative diseases, where abnormalities in RNA metabolism and protein aggregation are common features. The study of FUSIP1 is crucial for understanding its interactions with other proteins, including disease-related factors, and its influence on cellular homeostasis. Additionally, research on the recombinant expression of FUSIP1 allows for the investigation of its functional properties and the elucidation of pathways it may regulate. The development of FUSIP1 as a recombinant protein has the potential to enhance our understanding of its biological functions and its implications in pathology, offering insights that could lead to therapeutic innovations in treating diseases linked to FUS family proteins. As such, FUSIP1 represents a valuable target for further exploration in the fields of molecular biology and medicine.
