稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RIOK1, a member of the RIO (Ribonucleotide reductase and tRNA-guanine transglycosylase) family, has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its essential role in ribosome biogenesis and cellular metabolism. As a cytoplasmic protein, RIOK1 is involved in the maturation of ribosomal RNA and the assembly of ribosomal subunits, processes critical for protein synthesis in eukaryotic cells. Studies have indicated that RIOK1 is not only crucial for ribosome assembly but also plays a role in cell proliferation and survival, highlighting its potential implications in various diseases, including cancer. Abnormal expression of RIOK1 has been observed in several tumor types, suggesting that it could serve as a novel biomarker or therapeutic target. The investigation of RIOK1 as a recombinant protein has opened new avenues for understanding its structure-function relationships and interactions with other cellular components. By producing RIOK1 in a controlled laboratory setting, researchers aim to elucidate its biochemical properties and functional mechanisms, which could ultimately contribute to the development of targeted therapies that modulate ribosomal activity in disease states. Overall, the study of RIOK1 is poised to enhance our understanding of fundamental cellular processes and their alterations in disease, paving the way for innovative therapeutic strategies.
