Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RNF7, a member of the RBR E3 ubiquitin ligase family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its critical role in regulating various cellular processes, including protein degradation, cell cycle progression, and DNA repair. The ubiquitin-proteasome system, in which RNF7 is intricately involved, is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to stress. Research has shown that RNF7 is implicated in pathological conditions such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic target. The study of RNF7 recombinant protein is crucial for elucidating its molecular mechanisms and understanding its interactions with ubiquitin and other cellular components. By employing recombinant technology to produce RNF7, researchers aim to investigate its structure-function relationships, characterize its enzymatic activity, and identify novel substrates. These investigations not only deepen our understanding of RNF7's biological roles but also pave the way for developing targeted therapies that may enhance or inhibit its function in disease contexts. Overall, RNF7 serves as a promising candidate for further exploration in both basic and applied research, with the potential to contribute to advances in therapeutic strategies against diseases associated with dysregulated protein ubiquitination.
