稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NCOA1, or Nuclear Receptor Coactivator 1, is a critical co-regulator of various nuclear hormone receptors and plays a pivotal role in cellular processes such as transcriptional regulation, cell proliferation, and differentiation. Its involvement in these processes has garnered significant interest in biomedical research, particularly in the context of cancer and metabolic disorders. NCOA1 has been implicated in the progression of several malignancies, including breast cancer, where it may affect the sensitivity to hormone therapies. Researchers are focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying NCOA1's function, including its interactions with other proteins and its regulatory roles in gene expression. Recombinant NCOA1 protein has become an essential tool for such studies, enabling scientists to investigate its structural and functional properties in vitro. Through these investigations, researchers aim to elucidate the specific pathways NCOA1 participates in and how its dysregulation may contribute to disease states. This knowledge could ultimately lead to the identification of novel therapeutic targets or strategies for manipulating NCOA1 activity in various clinical settings. Consequently, the production and characterization of recombinant NCOA1 protein represent a vital step in advancing our understanding of its biological significance and potential implications in health and disease.
