Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DNTTIP1, or double-stranded DNA-binding protein with a conserved domain, has garnered significant interest in the field of molecular biology due to its critical role in DNA repair and cellular stress responses. Emerging research highlights its involvement in maintaining genomic stability and regulating various cellular processes, including apoptosis and the cell cycle. Alterations in DNTTIP1 expression have been associated with several diseases, including cancer, indicating its potential utility as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Recent studies have focused on characterizing the structural properties of the DNTTIP1 protein through recombinant expression techniques, enabling the elucidation of its functional mechanisms at the molecular level. By analyzing the interactions of DNTTIP1 with DNA and other proteins, researchers aim to understand its contributions to cellular homeostasis and the implications of its dysregulation in disease states. This research background not only underscores the biological importance of DNTTIP1 but also paves the way for innovative strategies in drug development and gene therapy, particularly in conditions where DNA repair pathways are compromised. As scientists continue to investigate the precise roles and regulatory mechanisms of DNTTIP1, the potential to exploit this protein for therapeutic benefits remains a promising area of ongoing study.
