Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCR7, or C-C chemokine receptor type 7, is a crucial chemokine receptor that plays a significant role in the immune system by regulating the migration and activation of immune cells, particularly T cells and dendritic cells. Its primary ligands, CCL19 and CCL21, are essential for directing these cells to secondary lymphoid organs, which is vital for initiating adaptive immune responses. Research on CCR7 has gained prominence due to its involvement in various physiological and pathological processes, including autoimmune diseases, chronic inflammation, and cancer metastasis. Understanding CCR7's role in these conditions has prompted the investigation of CCR7 recombinant protein for potential therapeutic applications. By studying CCR7 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to elucidate its molecular mechanisms, explore its interactions with ligands, and assess its potential as a biomarker or target for drug development. This research could provide insights into novel strategies to manipulate immune responses for better therapeutic outcomes in various diseases. The production and characterization of CCR7 recombinant proteins are critical steps in these studies, offering the potential to develop innovative immunotherapies and vaccines that harness the power of the immune system more effectively.
