Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ITPKB, or Inositol trisphosphate kinase B, is a key enzyme involved in the phosphoinositide signaling pathway, playing a crucial role in various cellular processes such as calcium signaling, immune response, and cell proliferation. The regulation of intracellular calcium levels is pivotal for numerous physiological functions, and ITPKB serves as a crucial mediator by converting inositol trisphosphate (IP3) into inositol tetrakisphosphate (IP4), impacting cellular responses. Research on recombinant ITPKB is significant due to its potential implications in understanding various diseases, including cancer and immune disorders, where dysregulation of calcium signaling and inositol phosphate metabolism is often observed. Recombinant protein studies allow for the exploration of the enzyme's structure-function relationship, substrate specificity, and interaction with other signaling molecules, providing critical insights into its role in health and disease. Furthermore, the generation of recombinant ITPKB enables the development of targeted therapies and novel biomolecular tools, advancing both basic research and clinical applications. Consequently, the study of recombinant ITPKB offers valuable opportunities to elucidate its biological significance and therapeutic potential within the complex landscape of cellular signaling pathways.
