稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AIMP1 (Aminoacyl tRNA Synthetase Interacting Multifunctional Protein 1) is a critical component in the cellular processes related to protein synthesis and translation regulation. It is part of the multisynthetase complex, which plays a pivotal role in delivering aminoacyl-tRNAs to the ribosome during translation. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of AIMP1 not only in its classical functions but also in its involvement in various cellular signaling pathways, immune responses, and even tumorigenesis. Dysregulation of AIMP1 has been associated with several diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancers, making it a target of interest for therapeutic research. Researchers have focused on characterizing the structure and function of recombinant AIMP1 proteins to elucidate their roles and interactions within the cell. By producing optimized recombinant versions of AIMP1, scientists aim to study its biochemical properties, binding affinities, and interactions with other proteins, which could further our understanding of its multifunctional roles. This research is vital in exploring potential clinical applications, including the development of novel strategies for disease intervention that target the pathways mediated by AIMP1.
