Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AIMP3, also known as p38 or multifunctional protein a, is a crucial component of the aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase (ARS) complex, which plays a pivotal role in protein synthesis by facilitating the charging of tRNA with the corresponding amino acids. Recent studies have highlighted AIMP3's multifaceted roles beyond its classical function in translation, including its involvement in cellular signaling pathways, apoptosis, and cell proliferation. Research has shown that dysregulation of AIMP3 may be associated with various diseases, including cancer, indicating its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Understanding the structural and functional properties of AIMP3, particularly in the context of its interactions with other proteins within the ARS complex and its impact on cellular homeostasis, represents a vital area of investigation. Furthermore, the study of AIMP3's restructured proteins can contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at reversing the pathological consequences of its dysfunction, thus providing insight into its potential as a drug target or biomarker in treating related disorders. Such research endeavors underscore the importance of AIMP3 within the broader framework of molecular biology and its implications for human health and disease.
