Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CACYBP (Calcyclin Binding Protein) is a multifunctional protein involved in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and calcium signaling. It interacts with several key proteins, including calmodulin and the cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor p21, suggesting its role as a crucial modulator of cellular responses. Recent studies have implicated CACYBP in cancer progression, where it may influence tumorigenesis and metastasis through its regulatory functions. The recombinant expression of CACYBP has gained significant attention in the field of molecular biology, as obtaining large quantities of purified protein is essential for understanding its biochemical properties and interactions. Researchers have developed various expression systems, including bacterial and eukaryotic systems, to produce functional recombinant CACYBP, enabling detailed studies of its structure and function. Investigating the role of CACYBP in different pathological conditions, especially cancer, can lead to the identification of potential therapeutic targets and biomarkers. Furthermore, understanding the post-translational modifications of CACYBP might reveal intricate regulatory mechanisms. Overall, the study of CACYBP as a recombinant protein holds promise for elucidating its biological significance and therapeutic potential in various diseases.
