稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD9 is a membrane protein that belongs to the tetraspanin family, playing a vital role in various cellular processes such as cell adhesion, migration, and signaling. Its importance has been underscored in numerous studies, revealing its involvement in immune responses, cancer progression, and cell differentiation. In the context of cancer, CD9 is known to act as a tumor suppressor, influencing metastasis and invasion of tumor cells. Moreover, it has been recognized for its potential as a biomarker for several malignancies, making it a target of interest for therapeutic interventions. The study of CD9 recombinant protein has become a focal point in biomedical research, as it can aid in understanding its functional mechanisms and interactions with other cellular components. By producing CD9 in a recombinant form, researchers can investigate its properties in vitro, explore its role in cell signaling pathways, and evaluate its potential as a target for drug development and diagnostic purposes. This research not only enhances our comprehension of CD9's biological functions but also paves the way for innovative strategies in treating diseases where CD9 is implicated.
