Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRPC4AP (transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily C, member 4 associated protein) plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways and has garnered attention due to its involvement in various physiological processes. It is associated with TRPC4, a member of the TRP channel family, which is known to mediate calcium influx in response to various stimuli. Research indicates that TRPC4AP may influence TRPC channel activity and is thought to be involved in functions such as neuronal signaling, heart function, and vascular regulation. The modulation of TRPC4AP has implications in pathological conditions, including cardiovascular diseases, neurological disorders, and cancer. Understanding the structure and function of TRPC4AP, particularly through the study of its recombinant protein, can provide insights into its role in TRPC channel regulation and its potential as a therapeutic target. Moreover, exploring the interactions between TRPC4AP and other cellular proteins could reveal novel signaling pathways and regulatory mechanisms. The production and characterization of TRPC4AP recombinant protein are essential steps in elucidating its biological functions and developing targeted interventions in related diseases.
