稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDK2AP2 (Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 2-Associated Protein 2) is a crucial regulatory protein that modulates cell cycle progression and apoptosis. It interacts with various cyclins and cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs), thereby influencing cellular growth and division. Recent research has highlighted its role in cancer biology, as alterations in CDK2AP2 expression can affect tumor progression and response to therapy. Studies have demonstrated that CDK2AP2 acts as a tumor suppressor in several cancer types by inhibiting uncontrolled cell proliferation and promoting apoptotic pathways. Additionally, it has been implicated in the regulation of various signaling pathways that contribute to cellular stress responses. The recombinant expression of CDK2AP2 has become a focal point for scientists aiming to elucidate its functional mechanisms, structure-relationship dynamics, and potential as a therapeutic target. By producing and characterizing CDK2AP2 in vitro, researchers can investigate its interactions with other proteins, its post-translational modifications, and how these factors contribute to its role in cell cycle regulation. This work is vital for understanding the molecular underpinnings of cancer and could pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies that harness CDK2AP2's regulatory capabilities. The ongoing exploration of CDK2AP2’s function and its influence on cancer pathways underscores its importance in biomedical research, promising insight into potential interventions for cancer treatment and other diseases associated with cell cycle dysregulation.
