Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NEF3, or NEF3-like protein, is a member of the NEF (Nuclear Envelope Protein) family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell signaling and gene expression regulation. Research into NEF3 and its recombinant forms has gained momentum due to its potential implications in understanding cellular mechanisms underlying diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. NEF3 is expressed in various tissues and is believed to be involved in the nuclear envelope dynamics and chromatin organization. By exploring the structure and function of NEF3 recombinant proteins, scientists aim to elucidate the molecular pathways it influences and identify its interactions with other cellular components. The ability to produce NEF3 in a recombinant form allows for detailed biochemical characterization and facilitates the study of its role in cellular environments. This research is not only vital for basic biological understanding but also holds promise for therapeutic applications where modulation of NEF3 activity could lead to innovative treatment strategies for diseases where its dysregulation plays a role. Overall, NEF3 serves as a significant focus in the field of molecular biology, with ongoing studies aimed at uncovering its full biological significance and therapeutic potential.
