Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PELI3, a member of the Pellino family of proteins, is increasingly recognized for its role in modulating immune responses and cell signaling pathways. Research has shown that PELI3 functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, which is crucial for the regulation of protein stability and degradation, particularly in the context of Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling. The manipulation of PELI3's activity can have significant implications for inflammatory diseases, infection responses, and cancer biology. Given its involvement in key immunological processes, including the activation of downstream signaling cascades upon pathogen recognition, understanding the structure and function of PELI3 is essential for developing targeted therapeutic strategies. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant expression of PELI3 to elucidate its molecular mechanisms and interaction with various substrates, paving the way for potential interventions in diseases characterized by dysregulated immune responses. The production of recombinant PELI3 not only provides insights into its biological roles but also facilitates the screening of small-molecule inhibitors or activators that could modulate its function, offering promising avenues for drug discovery.
