Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the rpsS recombinant protein is situated at the intersection of molecular biology and genetic research, highlighting its significance in understanding ribosomal function and the regulation of protein synthesis. RpsS, or ribosomal protein S1, is a crucial component of the ribosome, playing a vital role in the initiation of translation in bacteria. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have made it possible to produce rpsS in heterologous systems, allowing for detailed characterization of its structure and function. The exploration of rpsS is particularly relevant in the context of antibiotic resistance, as ribosomal proteins are often targets for antibiotic action. Understanding the function of rpsS and its interactions with other ribosomal components can provide insights into bacterial physiology and the mechanisms of resistance. Moreover, studying the recombinant form of rpsS aids in elucidating its role in ribosome assembly and stability, which can have broader implications for biotechnology and therapeutic development. Overall, research on rpsS recombinant protein contributes not only to fundamental science but also to practical applications in medicine and microbiology.
