Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DNAJB11, a member of the DnaJ/Hsp40 family of chaperones, plays a crucial role in protein folding, protection against stress, and the maintenance of cellular proteostasis. It is particularly involved in the proper functioning of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) by facilitating the refolding of misfolded proteins and assisting in their degradation when they cannot be salvaged. Research has shown that DNAJB11 is implicated in various physiological processes and diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic syndromes. Due to its function in the ER stress response and its ability to influence the fate of misfolded proteins, DNAJB11 has attracted attention as a potential therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of DNAJB11 allows researchers to study its structure-function relationships, elucidate its mechanistic roles in the cell, and assess its interactions with client proteins. Additionally, understanding the biological activities of DNAJB11 can provide insights into the development of novel interventions for diseases related to protein misfolding and aggregation. As such, the production and characterization of DNAJB11 as a recombinant protein have become significant in the fields of cell biology and biomedicine, presenting opportunities to explore its potential applications in therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating protein homeostasis.
