Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UACA (Uveal Autoantigen Conferring Idiotypic Tolerance) is a protein that has garnered attention in immunology due to its role in the immune response and potential implications in autoimmune diseases and cancer. Understanding its structure and function is pivotal, as UACA has been implicated in regulatory mechanisms that prevent the immune system from attacking the body’s own cells. Research indicates that UACA may serve as a crucial factor in maintaining immune homeostasis, particularly in the context of uveal melanoma and other ocular conditions. The protein's ability to modulate T cell responses positions it as a promising candidate for therapeutic interventions. As scientists explore the reorganization of UACA, they aim to elucidate its interactions at the molecular level, elucidate its role in immune tolerance, and potentially develop targeted treatments that could harness this protein's properties to mitigate autoimmune responses or enhance anti-tumor immunity. Consequently, UACA's role in the immune landscape underscores the necessity for continued research to unravel its complexities and therapeutic potential.
