稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KRT71, also known as keratin 71, is a member of the keratin family, which plays a crucial role in the structural integrity and function of epithelial tissues. Research on KRT71 has gained attention due to its potential implications in skin health, hair follicle development, and various dermatological conditions. This protein is particularly expressed in specific epithelial cells, suggesting its involvement in key biological processes such as cell differentiation and proliferation. Mutations or dysregulation of keratin proteins, including KRT71, have been linked to a range of diseases, including skin disorders and certain types of cancer. Moreover, understanding the function and regulation of KRT71 can provide insights into epithelial biology and contribute to the development of therapeutic strategies for skin-related diseases. Studies have increasingly focused on uncovering the molecular mechanisms governing KRT71 expression and function, with implications for regenerative medicine and cosmetic applications. Researchers are also investigating KRT71 as a potential biomarker for skin pathologies, aiming to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment options. Overall, the study of KRT71 recombinant proteins enhances our understanding of keratin biology and its relevance in health and disease.
