稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HFE2 (HLA-Related Gene 2) is an essential gene associated with iron metabolism, particularly in the context of hereditary hemochromatosis. Mutations in the HFE2 gene can lead to conditions characterized by excessive iron accumulation in the body, resulting in significant organ damage. Recent studies have highlighted the role of HFE2 in regulating iron homeostasis and its interaction with other proteins involved in iron transport, such as transferrin and ferritin. Research on HFE2 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate their structure and function, providing important insights into the molecular mechanisms governing iron regulation. Additionally, understanding HFE2 may contribute to the development of therapeutic strategies for treating iron overload disorders. By producing and characterizing recombinant HFE2 proteins, researchers can explore potential applications ranging from diagnostics to novel treatments, enhancing our knowledge of iron-related diseases and improving patient outcomes.
