稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CK13, or cytokeratin 13, is a type of intermediate filament protein predominantly expressed in the epithelial tissues of the human body. It plays a crucial role in maintaining the structural integrity and functionality of epithelial cells, particularly in the oral cavity, esophagus, and other stratified squamous epithelia. Research into CK13 recombinant proteins has gained significance due to their potential applications in understanding epithelial-related diseases, including cancers and various inflammatory conditions. The ability to produce CK13 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed studies of its biochemical properties, interactions with other cellular proteins, and roles in epithelial homeostasis and pathology. Additionally, CK13 overexpression or dysregulation has been implicated in several malignancies, making it a valuable marker for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. By utilizing recombinant DNA technology, scientists can generate large quantities of CK13, facilitating advanced research into protein structure-function relationships, cellular signaling pathways, and the development of potential therapeutic interventions targeting CK13 in disease contexts. Overall, the study of CK13 recombinant proteins not only enhances our understanding of epithelial biology but also contributes to the identification of novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets in epithelial-related diseases.
