稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LAMP3 (Lysosomal-associated membrane protein 3) is a member of the lysosomal membrane protein family, playing a vital role in lysosomal function, cellular homeostasis, and immune response. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in various physiological and pathological conditions, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and infections. As a key player in the endosomal-lysosomal pathway, LAMP3 is involved in the processing and presentation of antigens, making it crucial for immune cell function. Its expression levels are altered in several diseases, suggesting that it may serve as a potential biomarker or therapeutic target. Researchers have been focusing on recombinant LAMP3 protein production to better understand its structure-function relationships and to explore its application in vaccine development and targeted therapies. This interest is driven by the need to elucidate LAMP3's role in disease mechanisms and to harness its properties for innovative treatments. The development of LAMP3-based research tools is also anticipated to contribute to the advancement of immunotherapy and personalized medicine approaches. Overall, the study of recombinant LAMP3 protein holds promise for unraveling its functional complexities and for potential applications in clinical settings.
