稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KIRREL3-AS3, an antisense RNA associated with the KIRREL3 gene, has sparked interest in the field of molecular biology and genetics due to its potential implications in various cellular processes and diseases. Originally discovered as part of the larger KIRREL gene family, which is known to play crucial roles in neuronal development and synaptic function, KIRREL3-AS3 has been observed to exhibit regulatory effects on its sense counterpart, KIRREL3. Research suggests that KIRREL3 is involved in cell adhesion and may have implications in conditions like autism and schizophrenia, making the study of its regulatory mechanisms particularly relevant. Investigating KIRREL3-AS3 could provide insights into the intricate interplay between non-coding RNAs and their associated genes, contributing to our understanding of gene regulation. Furthermore, exploring the role of KIRREL3-AS3 in cellular signaling pathways and its potential involvement in disease mechanisms may open new avenues for therapeutic interventions. Thus, the recombinant production of KIRREL3-AS3 protein is essential for functional assays and further research, allowing scientists to elucidate its role and function within the broader context of gene expression and regulation.
