Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on SHF (Sphingosine-1-Phosphate Receptor-1) recombinant proteins has garnered significant attention due to its potential implications in various physiological and pathological processes. SHF proteins play a critical role in cellular signaling, influencing pathways related to cell proliferation, migration, and survival. Abnormal SHF signaling has been implicated in a range of diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and immune-related conditions. Understanding the functional mechanisms of SHF proteins at the molecular level can provide valuable insights into disease progression and offer novel therapeutic targets. The use of recombinant DNA technology enables the production of large quantities of purified SHF proteins, facilitating detailed biochemical and biophysical studies. Furthermore, recombinant SHF proteins serve as crucial tools for developing assays and screening compounds that can modulate their activity. As the field of protein engineering advances, exploring SHF recombinant proteins may lead to breakthroughs in therapeutic strategies, enhancing our ability to combat diseases associated with dysregulated sphingosine-1-phosphate signaling.
