Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KLF10, also known as Krüppel-like factor 10, is a zinc finger transcription factor that plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cellular differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. Its expression has been linked to several key physiological functions, particularly in the context of developmental biology and cancer. Research indicates that KLF10 can regulate gene expression involved in cell cycle control and epithelial-mesenchymal transition, making it a significant factor in cancer progression and metastasis. Additionally, studies have shown that KLF10 participates in signaling pathways related to inflammation and metabolism. Given its multifaceted role, KLF10 has become a focus of interest in understanding its potential as a therapeutic target for various diseases. The generation of recombinant KLF10 protein is essential for elucidating its structure-function relationships and for developing assays to explore its biological activities. By producing and characterizing the recombinant KLF10 protein, researchers can better understand its molecular mechanisms and interactions, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its function in disease contexts, particularly cancer and metabolic disorders.
