稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LY9 is a transmembrane protein that plays a significant role in the immune system, particularly in the regulation of T-cell responses. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in various immune-mediated diseases, making it an intriguing target for therapeutic interventions. The protein is predominantly expressed on certain T-cell subsets, where it modulates activation, proliferation, and cytokine production. Research has shown that LY9 interacts with multiple ligands and co-receptors, influencing the balance between immune activation and tolerance. With the rising interest in immunotherapy and the need for new strategies to enhance or suppress immune responses, LY9 has gained attention as a potential biomarker for certain cancers and autoimmune disorders. The characterization of LY9 as a recombinant protein has opened avenues for detailed functional studies, enabling researchers to better understand its role in immune regulation. Efforts are underway to explore its therapeutic potential, either through agonistic or antagonistic approaches, highlighting the promise LY9 holds in developing novel immunomodulatory treatments in clinical settings. The ongoing exploration of LY9’s functions and mechanisms continues to provide insights that could lead to advancements in immunotherapy and improved patient outcomes in various diseases.
