Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SPIN4 is a newly identified protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including stress response and protein homeostasis. Research into SPIN4 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in neurodegenerative diseases, where misfolded proteins accumulate and lead to cellular dysfunction. Understanding SPIN4's structure and function could provide insights into how cells maintain proteostasis and respond to stress, which is particularly relevant in the context of diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. Preliminary studies suggest that SPIN4 may be involved in the regulation of molecular chaperones and proteasome activities, essential for handling protein misfolding. By investigating the mechanisms through which SPIN4 operates, researchers aim to uncover novel therapeutic targets to enhance protein quality control systems. Furthermore, SPIN4's interactions with various cellular pathways highlight its significance in cellular health and disease, making it a pivotal focus in the quest to understand and mitigate protein misfolding disorders. As such, SPIN4 sits at the intersection of molecular biology and disease treatment, positioning it as a promising candidate for further investigation in the fields of cellular biology and biomedical research.
