Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KLHL18, a member of the Kelch-like protein family, is an important protein involved in various cellular processes, including the regulation of the cytoskeleton, protein degradation, and the maintenance of cellular homeostasis. Its structure features multiple Kelch motifs, which commonly mediate protein-protein interactions, thus positioning KLHL18 as a potential player in signaling pathways and cellular responses to stress. Recent studies have suggested that KLHL18 may be implicated in developmental processes and certain diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Research on KLHL18 recombinant protein has gained momentum as scientists aim to elucidate its precise biological functions and mechanisms. By expressing KLHL18 in a recombinant system, researchers can produce sufficient quantities of the protein for detailed biochemical and biophysical analyses. This could provide insights into how KLHL18 interacts with other proteins and its role in cellular signaling networks. Understanding KLHL18's function and interactions could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting its signaling pathways in disease contexts. Overall, KLHL18’s role in crucial biological processes underscores the importance of studying its recombinant form to enhance our understanding of its contribution to health and disease.
