稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of RPA1 recombinant protein is grounded in its critical role in DNA replication, repair, and overall cellular maintenance. RPA1, or Replication Protein A1, is a single-stranded DNA-binding protein that functions as a vital component of the eukaryotic replication machinery. It is involved in several essential cellular processes, including the stabilization of single-stranded DNA during replication and repair, facilitating the formation of a complex with other proteins that are crucial for these processes. Furthermore, RPA1 plays an integral part in the cellular response to DNA damage, making it a focal point of cancer research and therapeutic approaches. Given its significant implications in genomic stability, understanding RPA1's structure, function, and interactions through recombinant protein studies can provide valuable insights into cellular mechanisms and potential targets for drug development. The generation of RPA1 as a recombinant protein allows for the investigation of its biochemical properties, interaction dynamics with other proteins, and functional assays in model systems. This research can contribute to elucidating the pathophysiological roles of RPA1 in diseases, particularly in cancer, where DNA repair pathways are often dysregulated. Therefore, studying RPA1 not only enhances our basic understanding of cellular biology but also opens avenues for clinical applications in targeting DNA repair mechanisms in various diseases.
