Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GTF2F1, also known as General Transcription Factor 2F1, plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression by interacting with RNA polymerase II as part of the general transcription machinery. It is involved in the formation of the pre-initiation complex, facilitating the transcription of protein-coding genes. Research on GTF2F1 has gained significant attention due to its essential role in transcriptional regulation and its implications in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, growth, and response to external stimuli. Abnormalities in GTF2F1 expression or function have been linked to several diseases, including cancer, emphasizing its potential as a therapeutic target. Studies have focused on characterizing the structure and function of GTF2F1, exploring its interactions with other transcriptional regulators, and examining its role in the modulation of gene expression under different physiological and pathological conditions. Recombinant forms of GTF2F1 are employed in biochemical assays to dissect its molecular mechanisms and to identify potential inhibitors or activators that could influence its activity, thereby advancing our understanding of transcriptional regulation and its impact on disease progression.
