Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Rps6ka4, also known as ribosomal protein S6 kinase A4, is a member of the S6 kinase family that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways related to growth and development. This protein is involved in the regulation of various fundamental processes, including protein synthesis, cell proliferation, and metabolism, primarily through the mTOR (mechanistic target of rapamycin) signaling pathway. Dysregulation of Rps6ka4 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and cardiovascular disorders, due to its role in controlling cell growth and survival. Recent studies have focused on the functional characterization of Rps6ka4, exploring its specific mechanisms of action and interactions with other signaling molecules. Moreover, the potential of Rps6ka4 as a therapeutic target is being investigated, particularly in the context of targeted cancer therapies and regenerative medicine. Understanding the structure and function of Rps6ka4 at a molecular level could provide insights into its role in disease pathology and pave the way for novel treatment strategies. The development of recombinant Rps6ka4 proteins facilitates these investigations, enabling researchers to examine its biochemical properties and interactions in vitro and in vivo. This research aims to elucidate the biological significance of Rps6ka4, contributing to the broader understanding of cell signaling mechanisms and their implications in health and disease.
