Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LRRC43 (Leucine-Rich Repeat Containing 43) is a gene that encodes a protein characterized by leucine-rich repeats, which are known to play critical roles in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell-cell interactions, and the regulation of immune responses. Recent studies have highlighted the potential significance of LRRC43 in the context of autoimmune diseases and cancer, where aberrations in immune regulation are prevalent. The interest in recombinant LRRC43 protein arises from its potential to elucidate the mechanisms underlying these diseases, as well as to identify novel therapeutic targets. Furthermore, research has indicated that LRRC43 may influence the differentiation and function of certain immune cell populations, such as T cells and macrophages, thereby affecting the overall immune response. By generating recombinant LRRC43 protein, researchers aim to investigate its structural properties, binding interactions, and functional implications in various pathological contexts. This will not only enhance the understanding of LRRC43's biological roles but also contribute to the development of potential interventions for diseases associated with immune dysregulation. The study of LRRC43 thus represents a promising avenue for advancing our knowledge of immunology and therapeutic development.
