Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LRRC61, a member of the leucine-rich repeat-containing protein family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various biological processes and diseases. Initially, research on LRRC61 focused on its structural characteristics and its involvement in cellular signaling pathways. Furthermore, studies have indicated that LRRC61 may play a crucial role in immune responses, particularly in the regulation of inflammatory processes. Abnormal expression levels of LRRC61 have been linked to several pathological conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, suggesting its involvement in disease progression and pathology. The development of recombinant LRRC61 proteins is essential for elucidating its functional roles and mechanisms of action. By producing these proteins in vitro, researchers can perform various biochemical assays, structural analyses, and functional studies to better understand how LRRC61 interacts with other cellular proteins and influences cellular behavior. Given the increasing evidence of LRRC61's significance in health and disease, recombinant protein studies are poised to provide valuable insights into its potential as a therapeutic target, as well as its broader implications in cell biology.
